Adobe Patches Critical Flash Flaw

Users of Adobe have been urged to patch a newly-released critical vulnerability in Flash Player, after researchers at FireEye warned it is being exploited in the wild by sophisticated Chinese hacking group APT3.  On Tuesday, Adobe released an update for CVE-2015-3113.  The attackers’ tactic was to send phishing emails which included links to compromised web servers that served malicious Adobe Flash Player file that exploits CVE-2015-3113.  Over the past weeks the group has launched a large scale phishing campaign aimed at organizations in high tech, telecoms, transportation, construction, aerospace and defence.
